如運送方式為當面交收，而撲克牌不需要任何包裝，每副撲克牌可減收HK$2。
訂購流程︰
1. 於 http://wolfbbs.net/showthread.php/55112填寫報名表。
2. 細閱狼樂撲克牌活動條款及細則。
3. 買家用私信(Private Message)方式填寫確認訂單
4. 等待本狼訂購撲克牌，並運抵香港。
5. 本狼向買家報價
6. 本狼替撲克牌拍照，以便保障買家確認本狼有現貨在爪。

關於議價︰
1. 本狼利潤單薄，恕不議價。
關於貨品價格︰
1. 貨品價格可能會因應各印刷和貨運公司的調整而作出修改。
關於發貨︰
1. 由於快遞公司週六休息，故週六不發快遞。
2. 由於郵政局周日休息，故周日不發平郵和空郵。
3. 本狼可以提供掛號服務(只限平郵和空郵)，只需要加RMB¥12/NT$60/RM5。
4. 本狼可以提供快郵服務(只限空郵)，但不保證一定可以特快送達目的地，如需此服務，只需要加RMB¥5/NT$25/RM3。
5. 航空郵件需時︰中國內地︰一般地區4-9工作天，偏遠地區︰9-15工作天；台灣︰4-9工作天；馬來西亞︰5-9工作天。其它國家/地區，請向本狼查詢。
6. 平郵需時︰廣東省︰5-11工作天，其它省份︰10-20工作天，偏遠地區︰30-65工作天；台灣︰10-20工作天；馬來西亞︰10-40工作天。其它國家/地區，請向本狼查詢。

關於快遞服務︰

關於收貨︰
1. 收貨時，請第一時間核對種類及數量，如有任何問題，請第一時間與本狼聯絡。
關於小票/收據︰
1. 所有交易，本狼均會提供小票兩張(包括列印小票乙張及手寫小票乙張。)。
2. 退/換貨時，買家需把兩張小票一拼退回，以便處理。
3. 如買家需中文(簡體)或英文小票，須特別注明。
關於退/換貨︰
1. 是次活動的貨品特殊，本狼只可盡量替買家退/換貨，但不保證一定成功。
2. 任何買家如需退/換貨品，必需提供小票，才可以退/換貨品，買家需負責來回運費，否則本狼恕不退換，不便之處，敬請原諒。
3. 退/換貨時，買家需把兩張小票(列印小票及手寫小票)一拼退回，以便處理。
關於關稅︰
1. 如果海關徵收關稅，有關款項需由買家自行負責。
由於各國海關關稅不同，請自行到各國海關網頁查詢。
其它須知︰
1. 本狼保留隨時修訂有關條款及細則之權利。

About shipping the goods:

3. We can provide registered posts (Only available on surface mails and air mails). You just need to add RMB¥12/NT$60/RM5 per post.
4. We can provide express mail service (Only available on air mails). However, we don’t guarantee this service can provide more faster to ship your goods to your destination. If you need this service, you just need to add RMB¥5/NT$25/RM3 per post.

About courier service︰
1. Since most courier companies refuse to send the poker, we temporarily not provide the courier service. (STO Express provided limited services only.)
About receiving the goods:
1. When the goods arrive, please check if the category and quantity are correct, if there’s any problem, please call us immediately.
About receipts:
1. We will provide two receipts (including one printed receipt and one hand writing receipt.) with all the trades.
2. When customers ask for an exchange or refund for the goods, customers should return those two receipts, which help us to process the refund or resend the goods as soon as possible.
3. If you need Chinese(Simplified) or English receipts, please specified on special requests to us.
About goods exchange/ refund:
1. Due to the goods are special for this time, we cannot guarantee if we can successfully to help you to exchange your goods or refund your money.
2. All the customers who need to make the exchange/ refund must provide the receipt and customers should pay for the shipping rates. Otherwise we may not provide any exchange/ refund service. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
3. For those who need to exchange/ refund their tickets, may need to return the two receipts (including one printed receipt and one hand writing receipt.) which help us to process the refund or resend the goods as soon as possible.
About taxes:
1. If the customs levy a tax on customs duties, the tax will be response to pay by the customers.
2. Due to different customs have different tax rates, we do not know the exact customs duties, please go your own country’s customs website for more details.
