一個小學3年級女孩大膽的創意，熱心的建議，竟遭堂堂大企業蘋果電腦法律部門嚴厲的警告。這是為什麼呢？原來公司擔心處理消費者建議，可能引發已有先例的知識產權之爭執。

女孩寄信 遭到警告

一個小學3年級的女孩，在學習寫作商業信函時，作為一個iPod的愛好者，她決定寫信給蘋果電腦的執行長史帝夫?喬布斯，提供她的意見。小女孩喜歡隨歌哼唱，因此建議蘋果電腦讓iPod的屏幕顯示歌詞，，像是卡拉OK那樣。

過去很多小孩寫信給大人物，即便言之無物，都會破格受到回函禮遇，更何況這個小女孩提供了聽起來很好的點子。漫漫長3個月後，蘋果電腦公司果真回函了，小女孩的興奮之情溢於言表，全家聚集在一起慎重地拆閱這封信，就差沒有焚香沐浴，齋戒3日了。但是全家讀了信後，卻錯愕不已。 ...
