Q:你覺得有沒有所謂的最佳睡眠姿勢?

Ans:有.向右側睡腳彎曲.(孕婦應向左側睡)

Q:睡眠環境很重要嗎?

Ans:很重要.基本上我建議在通風陰暗處睡.窗簾建議以冷色系為主.床頭不宜向北.

Q:睡眠時間你認為哪個時段最佳?

Ans:10:30~11:30.五到七小時.以前看Archives of General Psychiatry寫過關於睡眠時間的統計.八小時能睡滿的人我看很少吧..

但還是要多些了解自己.在做判斷.因為自己最了解.
