Right click on the SL icon on your desktop and choose properties. Under the Shortcut tab you will see Target:

At the end of the string of text on that line add " -multiple" without the quotation marks.

It should look something like this:

"C:\Program Files\SecondLife\SecondLife.exe" -set SystemLanguage en-us -multiple
