Let the spiral relax you
Let my words relax you
Notice how everything around you.....fades away
Notice how all distractions become unimportant nonsense
Why even notice them at all?
Notice how it is getting increasingly difficult to think
It's so easy just to stop to think, and CLEAR your mind
Focus on the spiral
Notice how everything is pulled into it
Allow your head to be slowly pulled in...eyes still focused on the spiral...without even trying
When your nose touches the screen of your computer...you will sink back down in your chair, eyes still focused on the spiral
But you will be totally relaxed
Totally mine
Your nose should be getting very close now
Very good
You are totally mine now
Deeper than ever before
More relaxed and limp than ever before
More obedient than ever before
More submissive than ever before
Now when I say "GO"
You will pause the video, and find a stuffed animal
Then you will come back to your seat
Sit the animal in front of you, and unpause the video
It could be any animal
You will obey, now GO
Very good
Focus on the spiral
Start to imagine your stuffed animal in your head
Now see it morph into the actual animal, like you would see it in real life
Now a change will happen
I am going to count down from ten to one, and when i reach one, you will become the animal you are imagining right now, completely and fully
You will act like the animal
You will think like the animal
You will be the animal
There will only be a sliver of human left in you, so you can read and understand these words
Ten, starting to feel like the animal
Nine, the feet and hands of the animal are now yours
Eight, the legs and arms of the animal are now yours
Seven, the stomach and chest of the animal are now yours
Six, the head and neck of the animal are now yours
Five, only a sliver of your mind now is human
Four, the rest holds all the thoughts and instincts of your animal
Three, having all the parts of the animal, feeling like the animal, and being your animal very soon
Two, actually it's not "your" animal anymore, it's YOU
ONE, ONE, ONE......
You are now your animal
Mind, body, and soul, exccept for that little sliver of human that alliws you to read and understand my words
Time for a trigger
Whenever I say the word "TRANSFORM" you will go right back into this animal state
Make a noise or action now that shows that you understand me
Very good my animal slave
When this video ends you will do 2 things
First, the stuffed animal in front of you will become a real animal, you will put this animal on the ground...and start to interact with it
Maybe you want to become friends, or maybe your fighting for territory
You will do this for seven minutes
Then your memories and thoughts will come back and you will be human again
Once you are human will NOT awake
You will comment on this video telling me what animal you were and what you did when you were this animal
Then you will awaken
