I think having one wiki rather than two is the best approach, if possible. A Chinese furry wiki is not likely to have many contributors to start with, and making twice as much work for them seems like a bad idea.
As it happens, some furries from the Czech Republic have just started a Czech version of WikiFur. They are a part of WikiFur and we link to them with the interlanguage links that Kakumi mentioned. If there is only a little information in Czech, a reader who knows English can easily go to the English site to learn more. It could be the same with Chinese.
We would be glad to link as partners with a Chinese furry wiki, whether or not it is "Chinese WikiFur". Being hosted on Wikia or a separate site does not matter to us. Wikia does have a Chinese community builder if you wish to talk to them about being hosted there.
