I put "White-teeth Timberwolf" myself - I guess the translator put the white with the teeth rather than the wolf, and decided it must be a timberwolf rather than a generic wolf. It was changed later. White-Fang does sound even better though.

In English, you normally put the title first. I think "Alphawolf Kiba" works well. You could even use "Alphawolf Kiba White-Fang" (or White Fang, or Whitefang) as your full name if you don't mind confusing people who know what "Kiba" means. That would match your deviantART account.
