Oh wow, I didn't knew that there are still copyright problems have to take care of, other than that, if we translated something I think it's good to post here and discuss it before go any further (like~~really publish it on wiki or other websites)
I would not say that they are "problems", more "things to be aware of". It is always good to talk about these things before writing a lot of pages. I am very flexible about these things myself - after all, we're all furry fans, right? - and I think you will find the rest of the WikiFur contributors to be the same way.

*showing his paw* question!~~when we translate an article from wikifur to this wolfbbs do we need to put and siteation ? like auther, date, title, those crazy stuffs we learned at Eng class?? Or just article link and the auther??
Technically a translation is a "modification", and so it requires some attribution. I would recommend that if you did the translation on a separate site (such as here) you should make a standard template that links back to the original page and to the edit history for that article (each article page in MediaWiki has a full edit history page that lists all the authors). That should be sufficient. If you hosted it on Wikicities then the link to the English version at the side would probably be fine by itself. The objective is mostly that people can get to the original if necessary.

btw how'd you found this form and my LJ !?!? amazing greenriper ~~~ *squeeze and hide*
I am very good at finding things.

Actually, Google is very good at finding things! I use Google Analytics, which is a statistics program that tells me (among many other things) what site people are visiting WikiFur from. Often it gives me the exact page. I also search for WikiFur regularly on the web search, and on LJsearch. This tends to find most mentions sooner or later.
