I am afraid that there is no such thing as an invitation for Analytics, as there was for GMail . . . or, if there is, I haven't been given any. It seems they are still not ready to expand it.
On the wikicities main page .. Under the "In other languages" sections , I saw two link as is linked to the same language page(s) ...

After looking into the link destinations , i know that {1} is traditional chinese , the other {2} is simplyfied chinese ...

It will be better to make the link to show as {1} 繁體中文 , {2} as 简体中文 ....

It will be easier to let user notice the difference , rather than the word "中文" . It is the same word for both of the language ...
