可能很多人聽過類似的詞句：
　我對我的朋友感到憤怒
　我反省自己的怒氣 於是釋懷了
　我對我的敵人感到憤怒
　我放任怒氣滋長 而其越加茁壯

聽起來很正向嗎？有人把這段比作「退一步海闊天空」。
不過完整的詩文感覺似乎不是如此：
