Today is the rehearsal run though for the up coming play "Bye Bye Birdie". As a passion drama player I had attended to this important rehearsal even thought today is also my grandmother's birthday.

I had talk to a girl with my other friend, and as she talks she mentioned something about "I know some one is a mix of Jewish and Spanish, which is a really good combination.", and for some reason I try to say something funny so I respond "well that's like a combination of self-fish and lazy" After 2 seconds of dramatic pause, the girl said it is really mean for me to say, so I try to tell her that I heared that from Internet (even though I just made that up), but than she said something that makes me feel worse:
"I am Jewish too."
My heart stop for a second. I just couldn't believe what kind of mean thing I just did. I had been covered by the cloud of embarrassment and guiltiness for about an hour.

Today we had run though the whole show, so the teacher is observing carefully and see where else need to be fixed. In the song "Baby talk to me", I am a tenor of the song even though I am not in the scene during the song. But the teacher and I discovered that having 4 people saying in the back stage while there is only 2 man actually saying in the front stage sounds weird, so my teacher just simply cut my song out and left me only three lines. I am quite disappointed because I had wanted to sing this part of the song and I believe I can sing it well with more rehearsals, but it appears that it will not happen. This musical play will be the first, and the last for me in this school, so I really want to have some good memories.
